Hotel West End Promenade - Nice

Ideal hotel, clean, with very pleasant staff apart from the receptionists. Contemporary room, reasonably large, with exceptionally comfortable beds.

Breakfast very poor.

I appreciated perfect room, it had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a TV set, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board. The hotel had an unbeatable and awesome location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Blue Beach. The breakfast was very very good, the check in was efficient. The staff team was amazingly great.

It was right by near enough to the Old City, the promenade and dynamisme and the airport for 6 euros a person, marvellous and lovely location overall. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.

Super location, great view in the first row directly at the promenade. Very friendly staff, one notices that the house maintains the tradition of the hotels at the Cote d' Azur.

The house needs a little more attention, our bathroom was a little outdated and slightly neglected. Apart from that everything is fine. A great stay altogether, Merci.

Traffic noise

The room with a view of the sea was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Location: optimal

Unfortunately it does not have a shower. The restaurant doesn't have much choice. But there is a good restaurant in the immediate proximity.

The location, although the traffic noise is quite bad.

The room allocated to us was nice but the window shutter would not open so it was like being in a prison. After two hours and having asked three members of staff for assistance we were given a new room which was very acceptable.

Packed with surprises, Good and Bad

The hotel has an really good location right on the promenade, offering fine views. The cute gesture of champagne and cookies was a good touch.

Unfortunately, noise disturbances from traffic and internal factors disrupted our comfort, while some amenities were in disrepair and cleanliness left much to be desired.

Central location on the Promenade des Anglais and therefore directly by the sea, modern rooms, friendly staff

The staff were excellent and very helpful - My trip to France was for medical reasons and they were always attentive and willing to assist with my needs.

The restaurant was not open during my stay and room service was only available on 2 days during my stay.

The west end promenade is in an amazing spot right across from the promenade des anglais. The breakfast was excellent with many tasty choices, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Plus, it's only a short walk to the train station, great for day trips!

Breakfast was sufficient, the buffet was immediately replenished when needed. Location is excellent. Hotel with charm, even if one or the other needs a refreshment

Solo traveler seeking solitude

The staff were perfect, always checking in, like when they brought me extra towels without me asking. And the breakfast spread? It was lavish! I mean, they really knew how to start the day right with all those pastries and fresh fruit.

Free and delicious breakfasts with foods catering for all dietary requirements and fresh breads and the option to eat outside, the facilities were good.
